Terms and Conditions
Introduction
MAK Hotel welcomes you. These terms and conditions govern your stay at our hotel. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Reservations
To make a reservation, you must provide us with your name, contact information, and payment information. We will confirm your reservation once we have received your payment.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 12:00 AM and check-out time is 11:00 PM. If you wish to check out after 11:00 AM, there will be an additional charge.
Payment
The full amount of your stay must be paid at the time of check-in. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival or you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
Changes to Your Stay
If you need to change your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if your stay is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, such as a natural disaster or a medical emergency.
Damage to Property
You are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by you or your guests. If you damage hotel property, you will be charged for the cost of repairs.
Behaviour
You are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner while staying at our hotel. Any guests who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave the hotel.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in public areas of the hotel. If you want you can do so in your respective room’s balcony.
